JULIE, SOLSCRIPT HEALING feat. Kirsten Sorensen
Raise Your Vibration
Raise Your Vibration with Julie is a nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural state of calm, clarity, and energetic balance.
This unique experience combines education, sound healing, and energy work to support both the mind and the body. Julie will begin the evening by sharing accessible, practical insights into vibration and frequency: what it really means to “raise your vibration,” why it matters, and how your nervous system plays a key role in your overall wellbeing.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative crystal sound bowl healing led by special guest Kirsten Sorensen. As the sound bowls play, Julie will offer intuitive energy healing (Reiki, Light Codes, and Sekhem), supporting relaxation, energetic release, and realignment.
The evening closes with gentle integration through journaling, tea, and light nibblies, allowing time to ground, reflect, and return to your day feeling lighter and more centred.
This event is ideal if you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or simply craving time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. No prior experience with sound or energy healing is needed; just come as you are.
RACHEL ELDRED
Women’s Circle
A supportive circle of women to connect, nurture and celebrate each other.
Our circles include meditation, conversation, discussion and sharing where we foster active heart-led, compassionate listening and support for each other. To bring direction to the circle we focus on a different topic every few months. This also allows not only a personal deep dive into that topic, but a group dive as well. We expand and grow into our full capacity when we are held. Tea, laughter, perhaps tears, meaningful, authentic connection and always friendship. We sometimes meet up outside of the group to enjoy activities and fun stuff!!
Held on fortnightly Saturdays 2-4pm
RACHEL ELDRED
Meditation Group
A sincere and consistent meditation practice will teach you to come into present mindful awareness in so many moments of your life - you enter into a direct and relational correspondence with life as it unfolds.
This awareness is essential in acceptance of how life unfolds moment by moment. We learn how much of this direct unfolding of life we actually resist, and through that process we learn to open our hearts and say YES to it all.
It's time now, to wholeheartedly show up for yourself and your life, in silence and in stillness, learning how to come back to our deepest nature of loving awareness, joy and happiness. Held on weekly Wednesdays 6.30pm-7.30pm

Yoga Nidra
YOGA NIDRA - The Sleep Meditation for Restorative Rest & Relaxation.
Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. it’s essentially awareness in a deeply relaxed state. While many other forms of meditation help us relax, Yoga Nidra represents a unique state where we’re fully conscious but we demonstrate all the symptoms of a deep, non-REM sleep with delta brain waves.
Unlike other forms of yoga, Yoga Nidra typically doesn’t require any complicated postures. It simply involves lying down in a comfortable position as your guide takes you through the meditation.
21st March 4.30pm-6.30pm. $45 Includes tea, conversation & connection.
